Returns
In the event that an incorrect order was delivered to you, you have five days from the date of delivery to request a return at APPLWORLD. We are sorry, but we are unable to provide a refund or exchange after the five-day period.
The item must be unopened, undamaged, and in its original packing in order to be eligible for a return.
Refund requests must be started with a receipt or other evidence of purchase.
Refunds (where appropriate)
You will receive an email from us informing you of the status of your refund once we have received and inspected your returned item. Your refund will be handled and credited to your credit card or original payment method automatically if it is authorized.
If applicable, late or missing refunds
First, go into your bank account if you haven’t received a refund. There can be a wait until the refund is formally posted, so get in touch with your credit card company. Next, get in touch with your bank, keeping in mind that it can take some time for the return to appear. Please contact us at support@applworld.com if you have followed these procedures and you have not yet received your refund.
Returns (if any)
We only swap out goods in cases when they are faulty or broken. Send an email to support@applworld.com if you need to exchange it for the same item, or mail your item to APPLWORLD, Suite D3, Emab Plaza, Aminu Kano Cres, Wuse 2, Abuja 900288, Federal Capital Territory.
Shipping
Please mail your merchandise back to APPLWORLD, Suite D3, Emab Plaza, Aminu Kano Cres, Wuse 2, Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, 900288, on an envelope.
The expense of returning an item to you is your responsibility. There are no refunds for shipping charges. The cost of return postage will be subtracted if a refund is granted.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive at your place may differ.
For items valued at more than ₦100,000, think about using a tracking shipping service or getting shipment insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
